For Vetwear, well trained and versatile staff is the key to success for a reactive and innovative company. Therefore, the company’s managers have implemented a real HR policy.
Vetwear is therefore one of 10 pioneer companies in Morocco to have implemented a Learning Training Center.
Developing staff competence, versatility and career management are also Vetwear’s main concerns.


The Learning Training Center (CFA)

To face professionalization of the textile sector and have a qualified staff according to the growing demand of its customers, Vetwear has put its stakes on internal training and on recruitment by learning.
As a pioneer in this matter, Vetwear has benefited of the assistance of the German cooperation agency (GTZ) for the implementation of the Learning center.
The CFA has several objectives :

  1. To qualify staff according to Vetwear’s production needs
  2. To adapt products technicity
  3. To train to mobility and versatility
  4. And to guarantee its employability

Currently, 32 persons are following a training program and 60 are already qualified. The diploma delivered by Vetwear’s CFA is accredited by the governement.

Developing staff competence and versatility

To encourage versatility and mobility within the company, Vetwear’s entire staff benefits from a permanent training program for developing competences.
In this ambitious undertaking Vetwear is supported by the European MEDA II Program.

The culture of performance

To motivate and provide personal satisfaction to its staff, Vetwear has implemented performance indicators and a career management plan.
Executives and middle managers benefit from a coaching program to adopt the culture of a finished product.
